Notice Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has awarded Purchase Order 70B06C26P00000435 to CeriFi LLC under RFQ 70B06C26Q00000361 and Unison Buy No. 1213019 for Legal Professional Development and Continuing Legal Education SaaS Subscription Services in support of the CBP Office of Chief Counsel. The order was awarded using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. Three quotations were received. CeriFi LLC was determined to be the lowest-priced technically acceptable quoter. The base period of performance is 09/30/2026 through 06/29/2027. The base period award amount is $88,106.65. The total evaluated value, inclusive of all option periods, is $549,093.88. Option periods are not obligated unless and until exercised by the Contracting Officer in writing.
