Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101). The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform the phased renovation. This includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, installation of new kitchen cabinetry and solid surface countertops, procurement and installation of new stainless-steel appliances, electrical panel upgrades and outlet installations, plumbing fixture replacements (including sink, garbage disposal, and sump pump), and final interior finish work. It was determined that the entire ceiling would have to be cut and a new circuit breaker panel would be required, which justified the cost.
