2027 US and Uk Weapon Control System Spares and Special Support Equipment

Notice Description

The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and negotiate an Order under existing BOA N0003025G1038, issued on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, MA. Work shall include procuring, inspecting and testing U.S. and UK Weapon Control System Spares and Special Support equipment spare parts listed as deliverables for the Fire Control System (FCS) Auxiliary System (AS) including the Strategic Weapons System Maintenance Information Network (SWSMIN), Electronic Work Log (EQL) and associated Fire Control Support Equipment. Weapon Control System Spares and Special Support Equipment spare parts shall be procured and delivered in accordance with the applicable Ordnance Directives (ODs), Technical Program Management processes, and Statement of Work (SOW). Award will be made using other than full and open competition to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, Massachusetts, the only known source with the requisite design background, system knowledge and operational experience relative to the TRIDENT II Fire Control Subsystem capable of providing the required efforts within existing technical, cost and fleet schedule constraints.
