This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial product Marine Gas Oil (MGO) at various Sea port locations in the Indo-Pacific region: The Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Japan, Northern Marianas Islands, Vietnam, Singapore, Fiji, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Palau and Marshall Islands. Solicitation number SPE608-27-R-0201 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations.
